Shipping is free on every order within the United States. The cost is already built into our prices — no shipping fees and no surprises at checkout.

Digital products — instant

Ebooks, digital bundles, and downloads are delivered instantly at checkout. Nothing ships — you’ll have access right away, readable on any phone, tablet, or computer.

Processing & delivery times

All timelines below are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and start once your order is placed and payment clears. Because our physical items are made to order, there’s a short production step before they ship.

Books & journals (print-on-demand):

Produced and sent by trackable mail. Allow up to 13–15 business days total (production plus delivery).

Pins, accessories, apparel, and other print-on-demand items: 1–3 business days production, then 2–5 business days shipping — about 3–8 business days total.

Vault & limited items

Copper stethoscope and compression socks (shipped from our own stock): Ships within 24 hours via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate with tracking. USPS typically delivers Priority Mail in 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders with more than one item type

If your order includes items made in different places — say, a journal and a pin — they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Each one ships as soon as it’s ready, and you’re never charged extra for a split shipment.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only and aren’t offering international shipping at this time. If you’re outside the US and would like to order, email us at reclaim@strongernurse.com — we’ll consider international orders on a case-by-case basis until further notice. When arranged individually, international delivery typically takes 10–30 business days.

Delays

The timelines above are estimates, not guarantees. Production and carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays. If your order seems stuck or hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact us at reclaim@strongernurse.com and we’ll help track it down.
