How long does shipping take?
Most physical products are printed on demand and ship within the production window listed at checkout. Print journals fulfilled through Lulu ship on Lulu’s timeline (economy can take up to ~12 days). Vault originals are self-fulfilled and shipped directly by us.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is included on our print-on-demand products; it’s already built into the price, so there’s no surprise fee at checkout.
How does personalization work?
Our personalized items (tote, clutch, pouch, and the Carry Gift Set) print your name and credentials — for example, "Sarah Chen, BSN, RN." The clutch has a 5-inch front print area. Enter your text at checkout exactly as you’d like it to appear.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized and made-to-order items are non-returnable for change-of-mind, because each is produced uniquely for you. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.
How do I receive my ebook?
Ebooks are digital — delivered as an instant download at checkout, readable on any phone, tablet, or computer. Nothing ships.
How does the 7-day course trial work?
Ebook + course bundles include a 7-day free trial of the linked Skool community. The membership continues automatically after the trial unless you cancel in your Skool account settings before the trial ends. The ebooks and journal in your bundle are yours to keep regardless.
How do I cancel a membership or trial?
Cancel anytime in your Skool account settings before your trial or billing period ends. Cancellation stops future charges; one-time purchases (ebooks, journals) are always yours to keep.
What’s the difference between the journals?
Reclaim is for burnout recovery and rest; Root is for boundaries and stability; Rise is for growth and advancement; Success Today is an undated 30-day daily journal; Permission to Pause is a pocket-sized self-care set (four volumes).
Are your products available on TikTok Shop?
Many of our physical products are on TikTok Shop. Journals, ebooks, bundles, memberships, and the accessory pouch are website-only.
What is the Vault?
The Vault is our limited-originals corner — prior-rebrand clothing, bags, stationery, and one-of-a-kind originals, plus our copper stethoscope and compression socks. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Is Stronger Nurse affiliated with a nonprofit?
Yes — Stronger Nurse, Stronger World Inc. is our nonprofit arm, a registered 501(c)(3) (EIN 33-2498569) funding scholarships and support for under-resourced aspiring nurses.
7% of every sale at RECLAIM by Stronger Nurse is donated directly to the Stronger Nurse Stronger World nonprofit to fund nursing student scholarships and support future nurses. This means when you purchase from us, you're directly investing in the next generation of healthcare professionals.
The 7% donation is calculated from the total sale price of your order, including all items, before taxes and shipping fees. This percentage is consistent across all product categories—apparel, accessories, digital products, and books—to ensure every purchase supports nursing education equally.
Example:
- $30 t-shirt purchase = $2.10 donated to nursing scholarships
- $50 apparel item = $3.50 donated
- $100 bulk order = $7.00 donated
